How to Order
1. Choose Your Style
Consider when and where you’ll use the wetsuit, then decide on the design, order method (custom-made or ready-made), material thickness and type, and colors.
2. Take Your Measurements
Accurate measurements are essential for a fully custom wetsuit. Please take your measurements with the help of another person to ensure accuracy.If you are a returning customer, we may already have your measurement data on file. Please mention this in the comments section when placing your order.

3. Place Your Order
Before checkout, please double-check that your measurements are correct. Select your order method (custom-made or ready-made), confirm the model, thickness, materials, and colors, then proceed to payment.All wetsuits — both custom-made and ready-made — are produced after your order is confirmed. The production period for both types is approximately two weeks. Please note that during busy seasons, production may take longer than usual.If you are a returning customer and we already have your measurements on file, please mention it in the order comments.
4. Delivery & Fitting
Once production is complete, we will ship your wetsuit to the address provided at the time of your order. You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order has been dispatched.When your wetsuit arrives, please try it on as soon as possible to check the fit and comfort. If you notice any issues with sizing or workmanship, please contact us within a few days of receiving your order.Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Since each wetsuit is made to order — either fully custom-sized or ready-made with your preferred colors and patterns — we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects.If there is an issue on our part, such as incorrect sizing, wrong material, or faulty stitching, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your wetsuit.
6. Care Instructions
To keep your wetsuit in the best condition and extend its lifespan, please follow these care tips:
- Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after each use to remove salt, sand, and chlorine.
- Hang to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, as UV rays can damage the material.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Hand wash only with mild detergent if necessary.
- Store flat or on a wide hanger to prevent creases or stretching.
- Avoid contact with sharp objects, oils, or chemicals that may deteriorate the neoprene.
Proper care will help maintain your wetsuit’s flexibility, warmth, and appearance for a long time.
