This is a Back Zip steamer fullsuit made with MELLOW’s patented outer fabric, WarmdArt.
The Back Zip model, known as the symbol of classic wetsuit style, is especially popular for its ease of wear and removal.

Traditionally, winter wetsuits have used neoprene on the outer surface, as standard jersey fabric tends to let in water and cause the body to feel cold. However, neoprene has its weaknesses—it deteriorates quickly and is prone to damage.
With the development of WarmdArt, a heat-retaining thermal jersey, it’s now possible to use jersey even for winter wetsuits.
Compared to neoprene, WarmdArt jersey is more durable and longer-lasting. Its typical drawback—water absorption and the resulting coldness—has been greatly reduced with advanced water-repellent treatment.
In addition, WarmdArt’s heat-storage performance helps raise the surface temperature, enhancing overall warmth and comfort.
The outer layer is a MELLOW-original jersey, knitted from WarmdArt yarn. This material absorbs solar energy to generate heat and is treated with high-performance water-repellent coating.
The inner lining is made from MELLOW’s fully original brushed material, GIGA MELLOW—a high-performance fabric woven from lightweight yarn that includes every essential function:
moisture-activated heat generation, stretch-activated warmth, heat retention, quick drying, and odor control.
The ribbed wrist cuffs help prevent water entry while improving both durability and fit.
The zipper uses YKK’s waterproof VISLON® ZIP, known for strength and reliability.
You can customize the colors for the Main Part, Accent Part, and Stitching.
Fabric thickness options include 5mm, 5×3mm, and 3mm.
