This is a long chest zip steamer fullsuit featuring MELLOW’s patented outer fabric, WarmdArt.
Traditionally, winter wetsuits have used neoprene on the outer layer, as standard jersey materials tend to let in water and cause the body to chill. However, neoprene comes with drawbacks—it deteriorates quickly and is prone to damage.
Thanks to the development of WarmdArt, a heat-retaining, thermal jersey material, it is now possible to use jersey even in winter wetsuits. Compared to neoprene, WarmdArt jersey is more durable and long-lasting. It also overcomes jersey’s main weakness—water absorption and coldness—through advanced super water-repellent treatment. On top of that, WarmdArt’s heat-storage effect raises the surface temperature, significantly enhancing insulation.
The outer fabric is a special jersey knit using WarmdArt yarn, exclusive to MELLOW. It utilizes solar energy to generate and retain warmth and is treated with a water-repellent finish.
The lining features MELLOW’s completely original brushed material, GIGA MELLOW.
It is the ultimate high-performance fabric, woven from lightweight fibers and packed with advanced features: moisture-absorbing heat generation, stretch-activated warmth, heat retention, quick-dry performance, and odor control.
The turtleneck collar is designed to minimize water entry from the neck and should be folded inward when worn. An additional Inner Neck Flap is also included for extra protection.
The wrists are ribbed to prevent water from entering and to improve both durability and fit.
The zipper uses reliable, heavy-duty YKK components for superior strength and security.
You can customize the colors of the Main Part, Accent Part, and Stitching.
Material thickness is available in 5mm, 5×3mm, or 3mm.
